Essay

The dissertation deals with the study of the use of vegetable protein-rich and fatty clean fodder which is regionally made (VFPC - vegetable fat protein complexes) as a component of regional grain mixes with a partial (50 percent of weight) and full (100 percent of weight) substitution of peas with a mix of fodder beans and winter rape (ratio 1:3) and a mix of fodder beans and soybeans (ratio 1:3) when adding the developed admixture of micro-minerals BMMD-1. It has been ascertained that food allowances with regional grain mixes with BMMD-1 provided for an increase in the average daily increment in young sows and boars by 0.4-6.9 percent in the groups under study, while the amount of fodder decreased by 0.3-6.1 percent in comparison to the target analogs. We have proved a positive influence of the new fodder factor on the hematological parameters, slaughter indices, morphological status of the pigs' organs, indices of the fatty acid composition of liver lipids, the longest muscle of the back and fat, as well as productive and meat qualities of young pigs of both sexes. The indices of the economic efficiency showed a reduction of production costs by 2.3-5.7 percent and an increase of profitability of pork by 1.2-7.3 percent.
