Zlakoman I. Economic and Legal Facilities and Forms of Investment Disputes Resolution

A concept of "investment dispute" is analysed in the thesis, that is a conflict of two or a few persons about their rights and duties, which arises up during realization of investment activity, which is possible to settle by consultations and negotiations of parties, and in case if it does not give results or when parties did not come to the consent and renounce a peaceful way, are resolved by judicial or special arbitrary form of defence of broken or doubtful rights or lawful interests. A conclusion about tconomic and legal essence of investment dispute is grounded. It is suggested to improve the system of classification of investment disputes types by addition to their list new criteria after which it is possible to define the grounds of origin of investment disputes and by what forms possibly to settle them.
