Lichak D. Economic and Legal Groundwork for Indirect State Support of Business Entities

The thesis studies issues of economic and legal groundwork for indirect state support of business entities. On the basis of analysis of legislative and doctrinal approaches to understanding of essence of state support the new definition of indirect state support is given. Also features and principles of indirect state support are outlined. The author investigates tools of indirect state support and gives the classification of such tools. Foreign experience of state support, including legislation of EU and WTO is learnt. The necessity of prevail applying of tools of indirect state support is proved.
