Popeliuk V. Legal Regulation of Control Relations in the Sphere of Management

The thesis is devoted to the research of economic and legal framework of legal regulation of relations of control in the sphere of management. Models of legal regulation in Ukraine and in foreign countries, particularly in the EU, are analyzed. The concept and essence of the legal regulation of control relations in the economic area, study background, objectives and principles of its implementation, reveals the legal status and functions of the regulated community, in particular, government control, exercising control in the field of management. The need to distinguish government control and supervision is proved.
