Mashkov K. Legal regulation of incentives for labor achievements.

The thesis is dedicated to a comprehensive study of legal essence, type legal regulation, the basis for employee incentive for labor achievements. Disclosed and proved the correspondence of concepts incentivization, motivation and stimulation. Analyzed the legal regulation history of encouragement in labor relations law of USSR. Developed a doctrine on the classification of incentives. Proposed to distinguish between conditional and unconditional basis of using incentives to employees for labor achievements, defined their essence and the rationale for this approach. Incentivization is considered as a legal relationship, investigated the structure of incentive labor relations. In virtue of the analysis of the legal regulation of rights and obligations of parties, submitted the proposals about improvement of their content. Investigated the current status of the incentive legal regulation for labor achievements and was made proposals regarding its improvement.
