The double regulator of current is in-process improved taking into account in his of function of variation of parameters of contours of hauling electricity transmission, that al-lowed to decrease influence of temperature vibrations on quality of transitional descrip-tions of management diesel-locomotives. The regulator of frequency is first synthesized for control system of the tension, built on the basis of double regulator of current, that takes into account present resilient copulas between the elements of carriage part of diesel-locomotive, by an autonomous negator. It is worked out to new sensor motion of train, that allows to ration the value of ac-celeration, jerk and rate of movement of diesel-locomotive in the ordinary and emergency modes, with the simultaneous management of electric contours of hauling electricity transmission transients.
