Dissertation work is sanctified to research of problem of psychological factors of personality anxiety in early youth age and ways of correction of personality anxiety of youths. Theoretical approaches are analysed and psychological researches are considered from the range of problems of personality anxiety in early youth age. The features of realization of own anxiety senior pupils and levels of her formed are certain. Experimentally found out and investigational the psychological factors of origin of personality anxiety of youths (personality, adaptation, motivational). Reasonably, the program of purposeful work is worked out and approved from the decline of high level of personality anxiety of youths and factors, that she is stipulated. On the basis of quantitative and quality analysis of results efficiency of the created program and possibility of her application are well-proven by both practical psychologists and youths.
