Klyuyeva E. Feature of economic and legal regulation of the agreement of the free property transfer (comparative analysis).

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of economic and legal regulation features of free property transfer in Ukraine. In this paper, the existing economic and legal regulation of the agreement of free property transfer is investigated; the expediency of deepening economic and legal regulation of the free property transfer is scientifically grounded. A comprehensive analysis was carried out and the civil-legal provisions on contracts for free property transfer were found in the comparative aspect and to be included in the theory of economic law and the formulation of relevant rules of economic legislation. The necessity of improvement of the economic legislation on the basis of free property transfer, which is set to become part of the economic and legal sciences is theoretically substantiated; the regulations that should to be considered in the theory of free property transfer that have to become to a part of the Economic and Legal Sciences were developed.
