This dissertation is devoted to researching of legislation in the sphere of intellectual property with the purpose of obtaining the scientifically grounded and reliable results and recommendations in relation to deepening the theoretical principles of functioning and development of the system provided the commercial and legal protection of not patent objects of intellectual property. On this basis the dissertation determinates the ways of improvement of the proper legal institute in the period of market relations development. The dissertation makes the analysis content of the business reputation in semantic and legal aspects with the purpose to clarification and specification. Determined types of not patented objects of intellectual property as business reputation of enterprises. Explored the concept and content of time and the right on not patented objects of intellectual property enterprises. Provided a general description of the right to protection not patented objects of intellectual property as business reputation entities, in particular, on the grounds and forms of realization of this right.
