Vasylchenco T. Commercial legal regulation protection commercial secret in terms of the innovation economy in Ukraine.

This dissertation is devoted to researching of legislation in the information sphere of intellectual property with the purpose of obtaining the scientifically grounded and reliable results and recommendations in relation to deepening the theoretical principles of functioning and development of the system provided the legal protection and defense commercial secrets of commercial subjects. On this basis the dissertation determinates the ways of improvement of the proper legal institute in terms of the innovation economy of Ukraine. It is set that legal regulation in this sphere needs improvement in part, which governs the legal relationships in the field of protection and defence of commercial secret. The dissertation makes the analysis of forming the legislation mechanism for protection right of commercial secret in period during the innovation development of economy of Ukraine based on the doctrinal understanding and protect right.
