Essay

The dissertation deals with the products quality as the basis of the further development of the poultry production enterprises of Ukraine. The theoretical principles of providing of the agricultural production quality were investigated. The most various systems of quality, which was created and used in the different countries of the world, and also got effect, were studied from their introduction. The analysis of the mechanisms of poultry products quality providing at the modern stage of management on the basis of the development of this branch at the conditions of globalization was conducted. The economic efficiency of application of TQM products quality management systems is proved. The directions of management of the quality of products of the poultry production enterprises due to the inculcation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) are offered. The motions for supervision and control improving from the side of the state as for the poultry products quality by reorganization of existent supervisory and observant organs which operate in a country were brought. The complex of standardization is offered as to the mechanism of upgrading products of the poultry farming
