Lagodienko O. Legal regulation of the status of political institutes in Ukraine.

The dissertation covers the research of legal regulation of the status of political institutes in Ukraine in aspect its development as a democratic state and a state of law, and of constitutional mechanisms, which provide stability of this regulation, its democratic character and contents. The author represents the general analysis of the system of legal regulation of political institutes status, which includes research of the concept of legal regulation of the status of political institutes in the modern theory of law, definition of the basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the research of processes of regulation of the legal status of political institutes and characteristic of their specificity. The dissertation comprehensively investigates legal status of the state as a basic institute of political system, gives the characteristic of a role and importance of system of the legislation in definition to the legal status of the state, examines the legal status of institutes of a civil society, in a context of designation of its institutional structure and solving the problems of legal regulation of the status of political institutes of a civil society.
