Dissertation is devoted to the study of the functional condition of the vessels, liver, kidneys in patients with the arterial hypertension (AH) of the 2nd degree and to the search of the effective ways of the basic antihypertensive therapy potentiation. There were observed 125 patients with AH of the 2nd degree and 20 practically healthy people. It was determined, that the syndrome of the early vascular aging in patients with essential AH of the 2nd degree (hypertensive disease) despite of taking the modern antihypertensive medicines, is progressing. The possibility of deceleration progressing and subclinic damage of the liver and kidneys under the action of thiotriazolin and glutargin was proved. Branch - medicine.
