Essay

At first identified clinico-pathogenetic features of metabolic syndrome in 139 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis depending on the type of insulinemia. Study of the state of cardiobiomarkers depending on the type of insulinemia allowed more to determine mechanisms of metabolic disorders in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis and to identify relationships between individual components of metabolic syndrome. At first it was given clinico-pathogenetic rationale used in the complex treatment of the patients with metabolic syndrome and postinfarction cardiosclerosis with insulin resistance nebivolol, enalapril, atorvastatin.
