It is set that during anesthesia arise up: violation of central and cerebral hemodynamics is with growth of frequency of heart-throbs, decline of shock index and by volume pulse bloodfilling of cerebrum in relation to initial values accoding to reography; ischemic changes of cerebrum with the increase of neuronspecific enolase by comparison to abstract values; surplus oppression of bioelectric activity of brain is on a background the standard doses of tiopental sodium accoding to BIS-monitoring.; an increase of indexes of oxidative modification of albumens is on a background oppression of processes of antioxidant defence; pathological changes the markers of stress are an increase of level of glucose of blood and growth of acidity of content of stomach increase.
