Dissertation is devoted to scientific and development of methodical and practical recommendations from the improvement of mechanisms of state investment policy in Ukraine. The analysis is conducted scientific thought in relation to determination of essence of investments as object of state investment policy in market conditions. The state as subject of the first level is certain in classification of investment process in a national economy. The approaches and mechanisms of forming of domestic investment policy in the conditions of the maximal influencing of world processes of globalization is devoted. Tendencies are certain in forming of state investment policy.
