Object of study: 125 patients with bronchial asthma (BA). The aim: to improve the resort stage of medical rehabilitation of patients with asthma by a combined use of noninvasive magnetic-laser therapy (NMLT) and hypoxic-hypercapnic stimulus (HHS). Methods: Clinical, functional, laboratory, immunologic, evaluation of lipids free radical oxidation and quality of life. Theoretical and practical results: the theory shows that NMLT should be considered mainly as a factor of the specific action, and HHS - mainly as a factor in non-specific effects on the body as a whole, as well as the specific effect on the respiratory system. Combined use of NMLT and HHS is a complex of therapeutic physical factors, which has both specific and nonspecific pathogenetic general biological actions on the body, where one physical factor enhances the effect of another, forming a qualitatively new state of the organism. The practice proved that the combined use of NMLT and HHS significantly improves the immediate and distant outcomes of medical rehabilitation, the disease control and the patients with asthma quality of life. Novelty: for the first time are described the clinical effects of the combined use of NMLT and HHS in patients with asthma in the form of reducing of bronchial reactivity and the severity of allergic inflammation, improvement of lung function, increasing of patients physical capacity, optimization of nonspecific and specific cellular mechanisms of blood protection state, improving the performance of the humoral component of immunity with the activation of mechanisms of the immune complexes elimination, decreasing the deficit of T-immunity, reducing the initial high content of lipid peroxidation products and activation of the antioxidant protection. Implementation: articles, abstracts, methodical recommendations. Sphere of implementation: medicine.
