The thesis deals with development of highly sensitive, simple and valid spectrophotometric methods for the quantitative determination of antifungal medicinal preparations - derivatives of imidazole, triazole, N-methylnaphthaline, and cephalosporin antibiotics based on the reactions of the substances with some sulphonphthalein dyes.
