Shatylovych N. Improvement of diagnostic-preventive measures at the presence of habitual noncarrying of pregnancy with indeterminate etiology

The subject of thesis lies in ensuring the decrease of frequency of idiopathic recurrent abortion (IRA) through elaboration, approbation and bringing into practice of medical institutions a range of diagnostic and preventive practices. As a result of carried out researches new data about specific nature of gestational transformation of uterine and placental blood flow in uncomplicated course of the first trimester of pregnancy have been obtained. The role of decrease of invasive activity of cytotrophoblast, disorders of alteration of spiral arteries in uterine and placental blood vessels in the etiology of habitual noncarrying of pregnancy has been proved. A new scale has been suggested in order to determine the gravity of the threat of early miscarriage on the basis of marking system data of the Doppler ultrasound study of blood flow in the functional subsystem maternal organism - placenta - uterine bed and ultrasound estimation of myometrium tone, main size of uterine body and cervix, inner diameter of ovum and crown-rump length of fetuses.
