Essay

Object of research - different clinical forms of lichen planus in conjunction with lesions of the hepatobiliary system and metabolic disorders. Research objective - improving the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with lichen planus with combined pathology of hepatobiliary system under recovery of the liver, providing metabolic and antioxidant correction of homeostasis at the level of carbohydrate-lipid dismetabolism and inhibition of enzymatic antioxidant system level. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunoenzyme, statistics. The thesis is dedicated to improve the approaches to the treatment of patients with lichen planus (LP) taking into account the pathology of hepatobiliary system (HBS) and features of metabolic disorders. Laboratory data of 96 patients with LP was comparing with metabolic changes in 32 patients with pathology of HBS and 16 healthy individuals. Among patients with LP nonalcoholic steatohepatitis with carbohydrate-lipid changes had the advantage. At first features of AOS activity depending on the clinical course LP were revealed. Differentiated approach to the treatment of patients with LP and HBS were justified. The efficiency of complex therapy LP hepatoprotectors of antioxidant and metabolic effects were proved. Results have been implemented in the diagnostic and treatment process at the State Scientific Establishment "Scientific and Practical Centre of Preventive and Clinical Medicine," the State Administration (Kyiv), Kyiv City Clinical Dermatovenerological Hospital, Kyiv Dermatovenerologic Dispensary № 5 and in learning process of the P.L.Shupik National Medical Academy Of Post-Graduate Education. Use area - dermatovenerology.
