The dissertation highlights an actual problem of modern hygienic science – study of peculiarities of adaptation formation in junior pupils of general educational establishments in the process of learning regardless of age, sex and health condition in order to identify methodical approaches to hygienic evaluation of factors of adaptation formation in the mentioned contingent of pupils and argumentation of optimization measures. Programme of screening examination aimed at detection of risk factors and risk groups in the process of adaptation formation has been elaborated. Original method of evaluation of ecological dysadaptation syndrome in children involving non-invasive methods of investigation has been suggested.7452
