Davydenko O. Development of composition and technology of curative- preventive medicine baising on the Shiitake mushrooms in capsules

In experimental way and using mathematics planning methods optimal conditions for cultivation of mushroom biomass suitable for pharmaceutical substance production were defined. Composition and production technology of new drug product in capsules formulation with shiitake dry powder were theoretically and experimentally proved and recommended for complex therapy of immune system diseases. Based on results of crystallographic, technological, biopharmaceutical and pharmacological studies optimal composition and rational production technology were created. Both quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis of active substance were developed. Physicochemical characteristics of encapsulated formulation are studied, analytical methods of quality control are proposed as well as storage conditions and shelf life. Microbiological purity and pharmaceutical action of product are investigated
