Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of coordination of interests in the structure of social interaction, which is a form of expression, political institutions and economic organizations, and relationship problems of income distribution and national wealth with the processes of distribution of economic and political power in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis research is to study theoretical, methodological and conceptual foundations of the nature rent-seeking specific to its formation and appropriation in transforming economy of Ukraine. The object of research is the political market in a transformation economy and basic institutional forms of its functioning. The subject of study is rent-seeking and its impact on the development of political and economic processes in society. The study used historical and logical and systematic approach, the principles of formal and dialectical logic, methods of economic analysis and synthesis of abstraction, deduction, expert assessments, building classifications, comparative and statistical methods. The value of the results of dissertation research confirmed the presence of information about their implementation in practice of the Regional Branch of National Institute for Strategic Studies in Lviv and Rivne regional state administration, as well as the learning process by teaching "Principles of Economic Science", "Political Economy", "Transformational Economy"in SHEE "Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University" and "Economical History and Economical Thought", "National Economy", "Principles of Economics" at the National University of Water Management and Natural Recourses.
