Dissertation focuses on improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of Candida-associated forms of vaginal herpes infections based on the functional and immune properties of vaginal epithelium cells. Defined social and medical risk factors for Candida-herpetic mixed-infection, set structure of infective agents. Established that the associated Candida albicans and HSV infection of vaginal mucosa developing against the background of antiinfection immunological resistance dysfunction. First time investigated the impact of mixed infection on Electrokinetic properties of vaginal epithelium cells. Installed psycological desadaptation of patients. Designed pathogenetically grounded new system of measures for treatment of Candida- HSV vaginal infection.
