The thesis is devoted to the proving of the new scientific principles about the role of Lipoproteid (a), Apolipoproteins B-100 and A-1, their correlation with the criteria of non-specific inflammation and the functional indices of vascular endothelium in the mechanisms of atherosclerosis development. The results of the research are based on the evaluation of clinicoinstrumental and biochemical examination data of 96 patients with various clinical variants of ischemic heart disease proceeding. It was shown, that the estimation of LP (a), apo B-100 and apo A-1 levels and their correlation are the most informative criteria of lipidocirculatory system disorders in patients with ischemic heart disease. Their correlation with the non-specific immune inflammation criteria, endothelial dysfunction and vascular remodulation was determined. The predictors of ischemic heart disease progressing were discovered and the corresponding mathematical models were formulated. The method of the stratification of disease progressing risk and its complications development singling out the groups of low, moderate and high risk was worked out. It helps to set the diagnostic liminal of the factors which are under examination and to use the differentiated method of treatment.
