Essay

The object of the study is the process of clients servicing at an instrument-making enterprise. The research aims at theoretical substantiation of scientific propositions and development of practical recommendations for strategies of servicing clients of an instrument-making plant. The study relies on such methods as theoretical generalization and systems analysis, economic statistical analysis and financial economic analysis, semantic modeling, questionnaire design method, factor analysis and ABC analysis. These methods were utilized using personal computer and respective software. Theoretical value of the research consists in the developed categorical instruments, principles and features of strategy classification, objects of regulation and methods of their control in the course of implementing the servicing strategy. Scientific novelty is determined by theoretical and methodological propositions on improvement of the strategic management mechanism of industrial enterprise' clients servicing on the basis of substantiation of a corresponding strategy and design of price management system. The subject of the study embraces principles of forming servicing strategy for clients of an instrument making plant. The author's proposals have been applied at instrument making enterprises for forming a system of differentiated servicing of clients, as well as at Lviv Polytechnic National University for advanced specialization of training experts in marketing and logistics. The areas of the proposals' application include instrument-making enterprises and organizations in the system of government procurement of goods and services.
