The Thesis deals with the analysis and generalized results of available theoretical approaches to a problem of maternal social content and the new solution of a scientific problem which appears in determining of social conditions realizing practices of modern motherhood and their influence on forming deviantial mother behaviour. Scientific novelty of the obtained results consists of the further development of the theoretical bases for the analysis of mechanisms and consequences of modern transformation of social institution of motherhood and family.
