Mikhailenko O. Prognosis, prevention and treatment of endometriosis using the molecular-biological technologies

The dissertation is dedicated to the pertinent scientific problem of the increase of effectiveness of the individual prevention and prognosis of ednometriosis occurrence amongst the females of risk group. There were determined the main risk factors of endometriosis and studied the characateristics of redox-homeostasis with using methods of clinical and medical-genetic researches. The role of functionally unfavorable genotypes NAT2 S/S and GSTM1 0/0 in determining the course of external genital endometriosis and the clinical efficacy of conservative therapy was demonstrated. The enzymatic activity of N-arilamin racetyltransferase-2 and glutathiontransferase e various clinical forms of EGE. The close association between the presence of "slow acetylator" genotype and the severity of endometriosis by AFS grades - R = 0.59 (p < 0,05). The algorithm of the prognosis of endometriosis based on the genetic screening and the assessment of the functional state of enzymatic mechanisms f antioxidative protepion as well as acetylation was proposed
