Essay

The object of research: the process of organizational providing of the productive personnel employment at the industrial enterprises; The purpose of research: theoretical substantiation and developing methodical provision to the formation the organizational mechanism of productive personnel employment at the industrial enterprises; Research methodology and instruments: monographic, deductive, inductive, analysis and synthesis, statistical, cluster, graphics, fuzzy logic, regression; Theoretical and practical results: methodical ware for the formation of the organizational mechanism of productive personnel employment providing, which, unlike existing ones, is based on the determining of the directions of the improvement of productive personnel employment providing state to its association with a certain quality level, taking into account the interaction of the organizational mechanisms component elements like goal-setting, organizational and resource providing, principles, functions, tasks, methods and instruments; methodical support of prognostication of normative personnel amount which, unlike existing ones, is based on nonlinear evaluation of influence of the formation conditions of «excellent» state of productive personnel employment on personnel amount at industrial enterprises; methodical approach to complex estimation of the productive personnel employment state which, unlike existing ones, takes into account vagueness of industrial enterprises internal environment on the basis of EM-algorithm fuzzy classification and consists in determination of three qualitative ranges (from «critical» to «excellent») and their quantitative limits that are appropriate to the estimation object for its possible states and promotes the quality of class recognition; methodical approach to the ranking of the employment indicators affected to the productive personnel employment level, the basic difference of which is in determination of degree of their influence on the basis of the estimated elasticities coefficients on the results of correlation and regression modeling; determination of the essence and content of «productive personnel employment» concept which, unlike existing, regarded as quantitative and qualitative balance between the level of personnel professional skills and qualification and working places subject to effective time use and decent pay, which provides possibility of the intended result achieving; Subject and degree of introduction: developments are implemented in practical work of OJSC Kharkiv machine building plant « Svitlo shahtarya», JSC «Kharkov machine-tool building plant», CJC «Tytan». The sphere of application: management the processes of the productive personnel employment providing at the machine-building enterprises.
