Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the development of tools for the software project reliability prediction taking into account the complexity index. The mathematical model of software reliability based on the Poisson distribution has been improved. The criterion of the software testing process has been described and formalized for the first time. The usage of this criterion allows to reduce the prediction inaccuracy of the total number of errors. The method of software reliability evaluation and prediction has been developed.
