Mishchuk V. Pathogenic substantiation of complex surgical treatment of the acute peritonitis

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of elevation effect of treatment acute diffuse peritonitis due to sanation of abdominal cavity 0,1 % dezmistin solution on the back of complex antibacterial therapy considering criteria severity diffuse peritonitis (markers of systemic inflammation – hystamin, serotonin, fibrinogen, elastase, endotelian-monocytic polypeptide 2, Mannheim peritonitis index, index of abdominal cavity). Positive influence of sanation abdominal cavity of 0,1 % dezmistin solution occurs decreasing of exudates in abdominal cavity, edema of intestinal walls, neutrophilic infiltration of peritoneum, repletion of arteriola and venules, aggregation of trombocytes and markers of systemic inflammation in blood, increasing of concentration of endotelian-monocytic polypeptide 2. It’s proved more high effect intraoperative and postoperative sanation of abdominal cavity with 0,1 % dezmistin solution beside other antiseptics on the back of complex antibacterial therapy inclusively cephalosporins of III and IV generations, that leads to decreasing of contamination of peritoneal exudates, decreasing of markers of systemic inflammation in blood, more laudable flowing of postoperative period.
