Minov S. Features of prognostication and prophylaxis of early multiple organ failure at a craniocerebral trauma

Thesis is devoted to the problem of development of optimum methods of prognostication and prophylaxis of multiple organ failure for patients with a craniocerebral trauma on the basis of the generally accepted methods of inspection and intensive therapy which are possible in the conditions of ordinary medical hospital. In research 277 patients with craniocerebral trauma were included, all of them were operated in GI “Institute of neurosurgery named after acad. A.P.Romodanov NAMSc of Ukraine” Among them 127 died, 150 were convalesced. In the time of hospitalization 53,4% of patients had early multiple organ failure, 27,4% patients had syndrome of system inflammatory reply. Thus the basic predicts of the syndromes of system inflammatory reply, multiple organ failure, festering-inflammatory complications and lethality were set, the main of them are weight of damage of brain (4-6 groups), volume of intracranial haematomas (> 100 ml), dislocation of middle structures of brain (> 7 mm), presence of concomitant diseases with the expressed clinical displays, mainly broncho-pulmonary complications, degree of impairment of the functions of CNS according to the Glasgo Coma Scale ( ? 8 marks).
