Essay

The essence and the content of a criminal justice and also its role in the response to crime is researched in the work. It's proved that a criminal justice is a system of state bodies, created on purpose to respond to crime by a legal reaction on a commitment of criminal acts and a special criminological response to their displays within criminal proceeding with loose application of enforcement measures. The content of a criminal justice is an organized on a functional principle procedural activity of agencies of inquiry, preliminary investigation, prosecutor's office and courts, directed to the realization of a public state duty of the response to crime.
