Essay

General theoretical rules of existence and development of Ukrainian system of law are researched in this thesis; definition of the system of law is specified; classification of the main characteristics of branches of law has been conducted. It has been proposed to extend existing in scientific literature list of suppositions of branches' formation. Classification of law branches has been added by new criteria; the main ways of new branches of law formation have been formulated; evidence of impossible existence of complex branches in the system of law have been presented.
