Yasechko S. Civil Responsibility for Violation of Right to Information

The dissertation is the first system research dedicated to the civil responsibility for violation of rights to information. The author studied the indicated legal relationship within the context of the right to information as a non-property right. Upon this she drew attention to the information as an object of the law, to features and legal regime. The candidate for the degree gave definitions of the information and civil responsibility for violation of the rights to information. She paid attention to features of violation of the rights to information. The features of the civil responsibility for violation of the rights to the information are defined.
