The dissertation is devoted research of role of organs of local self-government in becoming of social work in territorial society. In-process at theoretical and practical level investigational sphere of local self-government as sphere of social work, found out the value of social work in the system of interests of the state and local self-government, certainly priorities of local democracy in the context of objectivetional of social work in territorial society, constitutionally legal and municipally legal going near a right for the member of territorial society on the grant of help in local socium and participating in social work.
