Essay

The author in thesis has proved that one of the complex legal measures to ensure the safety in the workplace is a medical examination. The author has defined that the appointment of a working medical examination is to establish his fitness to exercise an application. The task is to determine the degree of medical examination of workers health, its compliance indicators, requirements needed for good performance, with a prerequisite of this process is the timely detection of disease and reduce the risk of worsening the health worker. Medical examination of workers is conducted to: (a) identify common diseases that are dangerous for continuation, (b) dynamic monitoring of their condition, identification the initial forms of occupational diseases, (c) timely preventive and rehabilitative measures to restore their working capacity, (d) definition of health (registration of its indexes) and the possible extension of employee labor function (e) permission in the individual order of a question about a renewal of work option.
