Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the criminological characteristic of crimes which were determined by the interaction between a victim and an offender. The dynamics of the interaction and its influence on the structural elements of the mechanism of an individual criminal behavior are researched. A personality of the victim and the offender in "interaction crimes" and criminal law role of the interaction between a victim and an offender are analyzed. The measures of prevention of crimes committed as a result of a certain deviation in the interaction are proposed.
