Dzyaduk T. Forming and development of the network economy.

On the basis of complex analysis the thesis paper explores theoretical and methodological principles of network economy, the conceptual approaches to the network economy are formulated; some recommendations are developed and suggested in relation to ways and methods for forming and functioning of mechanisms of network structures' activity. It is set that the theory of network economy arose up in the conditions of the new stage of postindustrial economy, as a result of the using the civilization world view going near the analysis of difficult socio-economic processes, works of scientists, in relation to the exposure of maintenance and forms of display of informative society theory, postindustrial economy theory, theory of globalization, institutional economic theory, theory of "resource dependence" and row of critical theories. These and other theories represent the structural forming role of information and knowledge in community development, passing to the new technological and economic mode, globalization of economy. The representatives of evolutional economic theory, theory of a particular branch markets and theory of resource dependence, see aspiring of enterprises to creation of networks for providing of stable development of firm. It is related to ejection itselves of market regulators, transition to the system of informative networks.
