Kravchenko O. The innovative development and structural changes in economics

The thesis investigates features of innovative processes, opens the essence of the category "The Innovation" as the immanent quality of economic dynamics, analyzes and investigates the nature of structural changes in Ukraine's economy through the following components: the national innovative system of Ukraine's economic development; components of transitive economy restructuring under the influence of innovative processes. Determines the features of the formation of innovative sphere of Ukraine, reasons for its crisis (incomplete economic conversion, the orientation of development not on activation of innovative activities, but investment policy, underestimation of paramount importance factor of technological changes, poor financing, unreasonable structure of foreign economic relations, based on high - technology equipment import and export of fuel and raw materials). Investigates an innovative model of Ukraine's economic development and proposes approaches to the strategy of innovative development of economy of Ukraine. The author develops an economic and mathematical model of innovative development of economy of Ukraine, which allows a forecast of economic growth by activation of factors of innovative sphere.
