Essay

The thesis is the first complex reconstruction of the public, political and state activity of Solomon Krym, one of the prominent personalities in liberal movement in Russian empire, the leader of the second Crimean regional government. The research reveals public, social, ethnic and mental factors, which had an impact on the formation of his world view and civil ttitude. Special attention has been paid to the political career of this public figure starting with the territorial meetings, elective representative of State Duma of the I and IV convocations at the turn of the 1918-1919.
