The results of this study revealed that independent predictors of the risk of purulent-septic complications are: age <1 year; the degree of contamination operation wound II-III class; hypotrophy; assessment ASA physical status scale - III and more; continuance of operation >2 hours; application of 3 and more invasive manipulations; red blood cell transfusions; antibiotic therapy during 2 months. Developed risk scale allows to predict effectively purulent-septic complications and to choose an antibiotic prophylaxis scheme. Patients who received antibiotic prophylaxis had less average duration of hyperthermia for 3,2 days, average time at the intensive care unit for 2,2 days, average time at the hospital for 3,4 days. Application of developed antibiotic prophylaxis scheme allowed to reduce purulent-septic complications frequency from 25,8 % to 13,6 %.
