Koltsuniak Y. Administrative and legal framework of quality management in the system of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The dissertation is a scientific study of administrative and legal framework of the service quality management in the system Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This paper contains a series of theoretical questions and practical recommendations designed in the result of a complex study of the administrative legal framework of the service quality management in the system of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine.The analysis of the existing normative legal acts, scientific sources has given the possibility to reveal the nature and content of the framework of quality management in the Internal Affairs of Ukraine. According to the purpose the copyright definitions of the terms "quality management system" and "administrative services" are given; the author reveals the content of the main principles of quality management, suggests his own vision of the basic conclusions, definitions and amendments to the existing legislation, that are called to favour solving the problem. The foreign experience of service quality management in Ukraine is analysed too.The author suggests ways to improve the effectiveness of the administrative legal regulations of the service quality management in the system of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine as result of improvement of legislation and management mechanism. A number of proposals concerning amendments and changes in the regulations of Ukraine which norms regulate the relations in the sphere of service quality management in the Internal Affairs of Ukraine, are formulated.
