Varenia G. Implementation of the synergic approach in the management of labour safety activity of the postal communications enterprise

Object process of the labour safety activity in the management of the personnel of the company. The aim is to en-hance the theoretical and methodological principles of the management of the personnel and scientific justification of the possibilities of implementation of synergetic approach to the construction of the system of management of labour safety activity of the company of postal communication. In the course of resolving of the scientific task this dissertation uses these main methods of research such are: historical and logical overview; comparative analysis of the approaches to the shaping of dissipative structures and defining of the non-linear dynamics of management of open systems; expert and quantitative methods of forecasting of industrial traumatism. The scientific novelty: for the first time the provisions on implementation of the principles of synergetics based on the singling out of social values of the manager as the key parameter in the context of management of labour safety activity of the company of postal communication are proved and studied; the methodological principle regarding the absence of absolute safety while defining the minimum industrial traumatism and acceptable risk of industrial accidents is improved; the methodological approaches to the forecasting and defining of minimum industrial traumatism of the postal communication company based on the use of coefficients of frequency and definition of the level of acceptable risk of accidents are improved; the shaping of conditions of work organization of labor safety and self-organization of safe behavior of the workers is enhanced ; the synergetic model of management of labour safety activity of the postal communication company is further developed. The results of the research are accepted for practical realization in the USEP “Ukrposhta”; in the educational process of Main Training Center of USEP “Ukrposhta” “”Zelena Bucha”, Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after O.S. Popov.
