Essay

The dissertation's investigation is devoted to the estimation of the current state of herd bream of the Dniepr-Bug estuarine area, development of ways of optimization of the industrial loading. It is shown that long-term consolidation of the coastal industrial areas after users and the quotas, the optimization of correlation of powers of fishing subektiv, the centralization and control of the fish products will provide the efficient commercial operation of the aquatic living resources.
