Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the efficiency of sanatorium-resort rehabilitation in patients with YRYI, based on the analysis of the immune and endocrine systems and corrections of the revealed changes. The changes in the endocrine system were characterized by increased secretion of the cortisol, hormones of the thyroid gland, prolactine, by neutralization of tropic and sex hormones products by breaking melatonin secretion rhythm and by reducing the amount of its daily concentration. The revealed changes in the immune system tesified to the activity of T and V cell units in the immune system and to the disbalance in correlation of immuno-requlatory cells.( the increasing of CD 4+ and decreasing of CD 8+). The complex treament at the stage sanatorium and resorts which includes the usage of medical grime applicacations for injured joints contributed to reducing of disbalance mainly in the peripheral part of the immune system. The appealing to electro dream therapy resulted in favourable changes in the central part of endorine system and in the state of a cell's immunity.
