The object is technologically impacted areas with dangerous geodynamic processes and phenomena; methods are monographic, correlation and regressive analysis, indecipherable set theory, imitation modelling; novelty - principles of the geodetic monitoring realization are improved on technologically impacted territories; results - relations of baseline accuracy determination are obtained depending on the ceiling of the sky by obstacles, and time span of observations, the model of earth crust spatial displacements prognostication is improved, the algorithm of settlement area sagging risk estimation is suggested; the field is geodesy.
