An organizationally economic frame is developed case the informative providing of marketing activity of airlines, which answers the requirements of the modern state of economy of Ukraine, and allows to systematize administrative information and streams and optimize co-operate an airline with a passenger, that in an aggregate allows to realize of long duration partner relations between airlines and clients, and also to increase economic efficiency of activity of airlines due to the increase of level of loyalty of passengers. The system of evaluation of efficiency of application of marketing of mutual relations is developed, the types of information, its source, and indexes which allow to carry out such estimation are certain in which. This system provides administrative decisions from the improvement of practice of construction of of long duration relations of airline with clients. Methodical approaches are developed to forming of client database airline, which contains general information about a client, periodicity and frequency of his references after airservices during the certain interval of time, information, about that, what category of passengers a client belongs to, him individual wishes and necessity in relation to the level of service, quality of service which will allow to promote validity of planning of services of airline and service organizations of aviation and unaviation type.
