Chernogor N. Periods and dates in Inheritance Law of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to a complex research of the problem of periods and dates in Inheritance Law of Ukraine. The main attention is paid to the research and definition of the periods and dates of arising of hereditary legal relations by a will and under the law. The dissertation also contains an analysis of particular issues of the theory and practice of periods and dates of the execution of hereditary legal relations that are linked to succession in a title. In particular, periods and dates of the acceptance of inheritance, renunciation of inheritance and consequences of laches (expiry) of the period of acceptance of inheritance were analysed. The concrete proposals and practical recommendations of improvement of civil legislation norms concerning hereditary legal relations arising due to the periods and dates origin were elaborated.
