Essay

Object of research: Aerococcus viridans, Bacillus subtilis strains; probiotic association of aerococcus and bacilli; museum and clinical strains of microorganisms, laboratory animals (mice, rats). The purpose - to study bioassociative interaction of probiotic strains A.viridans and B. subtilis for the further creation of a complex probiotic preparation. Research methods: microbiological, biochemical, biological and statistical. Equipment: an ultrasonic equipment URSK-7Н, a biochemical analyzer, a pH-meter, an analytical balances, a laboratory centrifuge, a microscope "Biollam lomo". The expediency of application of A. viridans and B. subtilis strains is experimentally proved as a part of a liquid probiotic complex in which joint cultivation allows to raise an exit of a biomass of aerococcus and bacilli on 29 %. On the basis of complex researches the optimum structure, conditions of cultivation are developed and are defined qualitative characteristics and biological properties of a probiotic associations of A.viridians i B.sutilis. The method of reception of stable strains of aerococcus is developed, methods of cultivation are improved. It is modified a liquid vegetative nutrient medium which has advantages for cultivation of aerococcus and bacilli that show opposing activity in the relation to pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, possess high enzymatic activity. Optimum methods of cultivation of Aerococcus viridans 167 and Bacillus subtilis 3 with conservation of indicators of viability and biological properties are proved. It is established the efficiency of application of the liquid form of association of A. viridians and B.subtilis with probiotic properties at creation of models of the pyoinflammatory processes caused by S.aureus and P.aeruginosa. Introduction degree: the methodical references, one circular. Field of use: medicine (manufacturers that produce probiotic preparations).
